JAIC has helped numerous large corporations such as insurance companies and travel agencies with overseas investigation, accident correspondence and assistance services. Therefore we are handling personal information protection management in appropriate manners. In 2006, we were among the first to be certificated the Privacymark. Also, we are thoroughly educating our employees and staff JAIC's original personal information protection management rules and complying with them.
Since our foundation as overseas assistance service provider in 1989, JAIC has expanded each of our services with the concept "supporting every trouble anywhere, anytime".
Our business philosophy is "providing high quality assistance services for customers' reassurance and security anywhere around the world". This expression sounds very simple but this is what we aim to realize and make steady forces in various fields.
We have conducted our personal information protection measures, such as establishing protection policy, as the part of our business policy. And now, JAIC has consolidated the personal information protection system based on JISQ15001 (Japan Industrial Standards) and acquired the approval to apply Privacymark. We will continue to strive improving our personal information protection as the company dealing with personal information.
