This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for JAIC's contact center and assistance services. JAIC defines "personal information" as name, address, accident record, telephone log and any other information which can identify you. We collect this type of personal information daily through our services.
But we take our responsibilities regarding privacy of this information very carefully, and we consider doing so as our social responsibility and role as the expert. To conduct our business, we observe laws related to personal information protection and any of this information you give us is handled in accordance with the rules in the Japanese industrial standards (JISQ15001) as follows:

1. HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We suitably collect, use and share personal information only to the extent of the purpose decided in advance. Except in case that you or our client outsourcing companies instruct us, in case that we outsource or in other cases that there is a proper reason determined by the law etc..., we do not share nor disclose personal information to a third party. We also take measures to not use personal information for purposes other than that which you approve and make sure to enforce such measures.

2. SUPERVISING OUR SUBCONTRACTORS REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We thoroughly investigate our subcontracting companies in advance and supervise them when we outsource business regarding personal information.

3. LEGAL PRIVACY RULING

We comply with the established laws and relevant rules of personal information protection such as JISQ15001

4. INFORMATION ACCURANCY AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT

  • Where we process your personal data, we assign the administrator of personal information and strive to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • To enforce our company-wide personal information protection, we assign information controller for each division that handles personal information and conduct continuous education/edification to our staff.
  • We also strive to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and any other unlawful forms of processing.

5. DISCLOSURES TO THIRD PARTIES

JAIC will, as a general rule, only disclose your personal data to a third party if it has received your consent to do so. However, we may share your personal data without your consent, unless we consider your consent necessary in the individual case or your consent is required by law.

6. INFORMATION ACCESS

At any time, you can request to have your registered information disclosure/reviewed/blocked/deleted from our database after your identification is confirmed.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESIGN/CONDUCT/MAINTENANCE/IMPROVEMENT

To put this policy in effect, JAIC will set up the personal information management system, let our staff and relevant people be well-known, operate in appropriate manner, revise constantly and strive to improve.

8. This policy is applied to the candidates and JAIC staff as well.

9. REGARDING QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRIVACY POLICY
