JAIC's communicators offer "voices of reassurance" to customers in trouble

Our job is to support customers in trouble of illness, accident or not knowing our services and help them out solving their problems.
Whenever we hear customers' relieved voices, we feel our challenge is very worthwhile.
In customers' troubles, prompt but careful response is required with responsibility but at the same time, this job certainly has social meaning.
JAIC is consisted of "people".
