JAIC declares the following basic policy in order to prevent damages caused by groups or individuals, so-called “Anti-Social Forces” (ASF) that pursue economic benefit by making full use of violence, force and fraudulent means.
Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces
- JAIC will face firmly with any anti-social forces (AFS) which threaten the civil society’s order and security, resolutely work toward not having any relations with AFS by rejecting any unreasonable demand from them. JAIC will also maintain the public liability and carry out business in appropriate and sound manner.
- JAIC will prepare the internal system against unreasonable demands from AFS and establish a cooperative relationship with specialized agencies including police, AFS elimination centers and lawyers.
- For any unjustifiable demand made by AFS, JAIC will ensure all employees’ safety with the highest priority, not leaving the situation to the person or department in charge and implement appropriate measures as an organization. Also, JAIC will not be involved with any financing or backdoor deals with AFS under all circumstances and will take any legal action necessary under civil and criminal codes in order to respond these demands.
